Light Commercial: Single Flue

With an electronic damper that decreases standby heat loss and a low voltage operating control, Bock whisper-quiet Atmospheric Gas Water Heaters provide you with lower operating costs.

Complete assembly includes single-center Turoflue® construction with insulated glass-lined water tank, steel outer jacket, and gas burner. Two or more magnesium anode rods and draft hoods furnished on all models. All models have 24V valves, and have operating and high limit controls. Natural gas available on all models.

Installation instructions included. All models are foam insulated. Factory-installed T&P valves on all models. Five-year limited warranty. Refer to printed warranty for complete information.

• Turboflue® - Bock's patented design is the industry's most advanced and efficient heat exchanger. Simply put, it heats water faster and uses less fuel, which reduces energy costs.
• C-Glass®- Durable and exclusive porcelain enamel glass is used to line all tanks and Turboflues. Highly resistant to aggressive water. Fresh silica mixed daily to provide the highest quality.
• Built to last - Hand-crafted from heavy gauge steel. Longer life equals a higher "Return on Investment".
• Dual magnesium anode rods - Inhibit corrosion and maximize tank life. Electrolysis attacks the anode rods, not the welded seams of the tank.
• Double pressure tested - Only Bock pressure tests its tanks twice.
• Fully welded tank skirt - prevents noxious flue gases from escaping between the tank and jacket.
• Large hand hole for easy inspection and maintenance.
• Insulation - Non-CFC foam insulation decreases standby heat loss.
• Dual immersion temperature controls - White-Rodgers low voltage control with operating and high limits with increased set-point accuracy.
• Spring loaded inspection door - Easy access for inspection and maintenance, also functions as a pressure relief valve.
• Brass drain valve - Accessible, tamper-proof.
• Factory installed T&P valve - CSA listed.
• All electronic ignition and control modules - spark to pilot.
• UL listed and CSA design certified.
• For your safety (and to comply with the warranty), have all water heater installations and repairs completed by a licensed and insured contractor. All Bock Water Heaters require field setup and adjustment using combustion testing equipment per NFPA Standards.
