Ductwork Insulation - Installing Astro-Foil on Doors, Ducts and Pipes

Astro-Foil goes wherever regular mass fiber and board insulation can . . . and even places they can't.

Pipewrap (Use 1" wide strips of Astro-Foil secured around pipe every two feet on center to create necessary air space).

Duct enclosures. Use two 1" wide strips of Astro-Foil or 1/2" wide polyethylene foam stripping, secured around duct every two feet on center to create necessary air space.

Loading dock and overhead doors (special coated Astro-Foil is available for these applications).

Entry door insulation.
