Please contact us at sales@jupiterheating.com to assist you with ordering items that are noted on the site as special order.

Let us know the part number and quantity of each item you are looking for.

We will search with our partners to see if we can locate the part(s) for immediate shipment. If we can locate the item(s), we'll take your order and have our partner ship the order directly to you on our behalf.

If we are unable to locate the part(s) for you, we will give you the opportunity to be put on a waiting list. When the part or parts are back in stock, we will email you and let you know. You can then decide if you still want to place the order.

We apologize for having to handle back orders in this manner. The unreliability of getting parts this year has been unprecented. We have customers who have been waiting since last August for some parts. Hopefully the supply issues will be getting smoothed out soon.
