UPS Next Day Air Requests
- Next Day Air requests are handled on a case by case basis. Please send us an email with a list of what you need, when you need it, and your address so we can best assist you with your special request.
- After we have quoted the special Next Day Air request, if you agree to the upgrade we will send you a link for payment for the upgraded shipping charges. We typically advise the customer to get their order entered from our web site, and then we handle the Next Day Air request as a separate transaction.
- We are located in the Eastern Time Zone. Requests after normal business hours (or too late in the afternoon) will be processed the following business day.
- For "Day Of" requests, please get us your request as early in the day as possible so we have time to help you. Morning requests are ideal. We push hard to get Next Day Air orders out the door as long as we have adequate time to process them. UPS pick up can happen as early as 2 pm, or it happens a lot later depending on the day. We try our best to accomodate your request in the time we have available to work with.
- IMPORTANT: UPS Next Day Air is considered a METHOD OF SHIPMENT, and not a guarantee of delivery time. If a package arrives later than expected, the recipient may choose to file a late claim with UPS. If UPS denies a claim due to a weather or other exemption, we will be unable to reimburse the UPS shipping charges to the customer because we can't get them refunded by UPS.
